Insight

Behavioral health snapshot for each resident — consolidated from your EMR exports.

Insight is the platform's behavioral intelligence surface: a consolidated read of each resident's behavior-to-medication picture, with AI-drafted write-ups that staff explicitly review. Everything on the page follows one policy — drafts only, clinician review always.

What's in the module

The insights feed

AI-drafted trend summaries, PRN-risk and GDR-risk write-ups, and provider-prep notes across the census. Every draft carries a provenance badge — rules-based or model-drafted — and a staff member must explicitly acknowledge or dismiss it. Drafts only, never auto-filed.

Risk stratification

Rules-engine risk scores per category across the census, with a high-risk view grouping residents scoring 70+ — the same scores the dashboard and census views use.

PRN utilization

A descriptive 30-day view of PRN administrations per resident: total count, psychotropic share, and how many carry a documented effectiveness assessment.

GDR posture at a glance

Active GDR-required psychotropics grouped into overdue, due within 14 days, and on track — the at-a-glance companion to the Compliance queue's authoritative findings.

Survey simulation

A deterministic mock survey over the last 30 days of documentation: likely surveyor questions tagged to their F-tags, the records that answer each one, and the gaps a surveyor would probe. Clearly labeled a simulation — it reads existing records and changes nothing.

Guardrails by design

AI inputs are PHI-minimized — internal identifiers, never names — every generation run is audited, and if the model is unavailable the surface falls back to deterministic rules-based output.

Regulatory context

The survey simulation maps its questions to the tags surveyors actually cite: psychotropic indications and GDR process (F758), behavior monitoring (F741), safety supervision (F689), and care coordination (F656).
